Level 4 – Inside Gaming and Planning for Effective Self Governance

Training over two nights – May 3rd and May 5th – 6 pm to 9 pm.

Welcome Back!

In Level 4, the student is introduced to KTR team dynamics, building, growth, and performance for Keeping their Republican system. The student learns team development dynamics: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. The student is exposed to KTR team building and growth techniques. The student is introduced to basic KTR team performance measures and techniques. The student completes Level 4 program requirements before moving into Level 5. These assignments are applicational and lay groundwork necessary to successfully implement lessons learned throughout the entire course.

Level 1, 2 and Level 3 must be successfully completed prior to attending Level 4. Level 3 homework may be turned in the day of the Level 4 event.

Your workbook is included in the registration fee.

Prior Level 4 students may review this class for $10.

Family discounts available if you are attending with a child under 18 years of age.

• Children who attend with a parent: $15
• Children who attend on their own: $20

Supplies to bring include: paper, pen, and your enthusiasm! This is an interactive class and we look forward to hearing from you. Please dress comfortably and bring a sweater/jacket as facility temperatures can be unpredictable.

You must attend the full 8 hours to complete the course required to graduate Level 4.
