It covers key developments such as the emergence of the Democratic and Republican parties\, the impact\nof the Civil War on politics\, the rise of the Progressive Party\, and the transformation of partisan politics from the 1950s to the present. \nThis course contributes to the completion of the Apprentice Certification in Societal Self Governance. \nTuition: $40 per student.  3 hours. \nNO REFUNDS FOR ONLINE COURSES \nWe do not offer refunds for any of our online Zoom classes. Once a registration fee has been paid\, it is non-refundable.
