Which class are you trying to register for?
If you would click on the top of the home page on ATTEND, then choose your state on the MAP, then scroll through the list in your area and click on READ MORE or ENROLL NOW. Both will take you to the correct link to enroll.
Let me know if you have any further problems. As soon as you enroll and pay online, I will get the confirmation via email immediately.
